Total Time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

Chicken & Tots

  • 2 breaded chicken cutlets (frozen, air-fryer ready)
  • Frozen tater tots, enough for 2 servings
  • Blueberry Hot Honey Mustard (BHHM), for dipping or coating

Sandwich Build

  • 2 brioche buns
  • Mayonnaise, to taste
  • Swiss cheese slices
  • 4–6 bacon strips
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Butter pickles

PREPARATION

Cook the Bacon

Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Cook bacon until crisp.

Transfer bacon to paper towels to drain.

Carefully discard excess grease, leaving a light coating in the skillet for toasting the buns.

Air-Fry the Chicken and Tots

Preheat air fryer to 390°F.

Cook frozen chicken cutlets and tater tots together for approximately 20 minutes, flipping chicken halfway through cooking.

Cook until chicken is golden brown and fully heated through and tots are crisp.

Sauce the Chicken

Remove chicken cutlets from the air fryer.

Immediately dip or brush generously with Blueberry Hot Honey Mustard, coating both sides.

Toast the Buns

Split brioche buns.

Toast cut-side down in the bacon skillet until golden brown and lightly crisp.

ASSEMBLY

Spread mayonnaise onto the bottom bun.

Layer with:

  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Red onion
  • Swiss cheese
  • Crispy bacon
  • Blueberry Hot Honey Mustard-coated chicken cutlet
  • Butter pickles

Finish with the top bun.

SERVE

Serve sandwiches immediately with hot tater tots on the side.

Optional: Black Cherry Acapulco Gold Sauce and Expedition Dipping Sauce pair exceptionally well with tater tots and hash browns.
