  • 156 g Pineapple Peanut Satay Sauce (PPSS)
  • 150 g peanut butter
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 50 g tamari
  • 20 g apple cider vinegar
  • 5 g garlic powder
  • 5 g onion powder
  • 5 g ground ginger

Instructions

Build the Base

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Pineapple Peanut Satay Sauce and peanut butter.
  2. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined.

Add Sweetness and Depth

  1. Add the brown sugar and mix thoroughly.
  2. Continue mixing until the sugar is evenly distributed throughout the sauce.

Adjust the Consistency

  1. Add the tamari and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Stir until the sauce becomes smooth and the viscosity loosens to a dipping-sauce consistency.

Season the Sauce

  1. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and ground ginger.
  2. Mix thoroughly until fully incorporated.

Final Blend

  1. Stir until the sauce is completely homogeneous.
